I love the approach Marty takes with new players. He goes in with no pre-conceived notions about a player’s strengths or weaknesses and judges for himself how they’ll fit by observing them in person in his system.

Really excited for Newhook. He is like a Swiss-army knife.

What I take from this is that Alex Newhook can fly and can kill. He is therefore a kind of Superman with a dubious moral compass.

It’s crazy how he can flatter.people so easily without seeming like he’s just stroking their ego. Gives guys a good deal of confidence and opens their minds.
