Toews’ OT Winner | Toyota Game Recap 1/8/2022



The Colorado Avalanche comeback from being down 1-4 in the second period to force overtime in the last 10 minutes with a goal from J.T. Compher off of an incredible pass from Mikko Rantanen. Devon Toews took the game into his own hands on OT with a give and go pass from Nazem Kadri for a five-hole shot to win the game in OT 5-4. This win secured the longest home win streak in Colorado Avalanche franchise history.

    This is a different Team and a different year. Just won't quit. Only thing that can slow them down is injuries or BS Protocol.

    This was an awesome game to watch, after first period thinking uh-oh this could be real bad but like the guys in the booth said esp Ryker if there one team that can come back from this its the Avs and boy I'm glad I stuck around for it, what a game, what a comeback omg this was the best turnaround I've seen in years #GoAvsGo
