Judging from Boon Jenner's response to this it seems like Spittin' Chicklets may have exaggerated and misrepresented the exchange. I'm no fan of Babcock but I'll reserve judgement on rumours that may or may not be an accurate depiction of what actually happened.

My Proof is the way the Management forces the Team to Play the Power Play Wrong every Shift.
A Power Play is 5 zones vs 4 zones so You can open the Ice for a shot at the Net.
The leafs since 1994 have forced the Shooter on the PP to Shoot from Center Blueline and build a Soccer Wall of Players between the Shooter and the Net.
Pucks don't Curve, they Injure and Kill, WHY wud U do that to Your Players.
