  1. I remember watching Adam Foote on the Avs completely shutting us down back in the day. That Avs team he was on from 1996-2003 was one of the best in memory.

So glad he's teaching our d-core how to, well, defend.

  2. Rick hitting the gym hard, dude is in great shape for a guy who's almost 60. Love that Foote is watching and sending video to Rick in early July. Chemistry is huge for coaching staffs.

  3. It's easy to see why management hired this woman, she does a very good job. Great guys, well respected tough players who have parked their ego's too coach.

  4. Gotta love Toc's passion for the game. Did you see his face light up when Footy mentioned what would happen if anyone touched Lemieux ? Beauty !

  5. I’m excited for the years ahead under the new leadership. I really hope the team sees some deep playoff runs and the guys get less time to refine their golf games.

  6. As a long-time hockey player and fan, I have to say I had great admiration and respect for both of you when you played – unfortunately, you played against the Canucks 🙁 You two epitomize heart, hard work, and intelligent play. I believe the hiring of both of you is the first meaningful step the Canucks have taken in building a winning franchise once again. Thanks for all you bring to the Canucks!
