Hmmph, I also gained 15 pounds over the last four months yet nobody seems impressed by that.

  2. Knew he wasn’t done growing just by the length of his arms last season. They look longer than the rest of him.

He probably gets to 6-4 by next year. Not sure about the weight, his frame isn’t large. Probably stops in the 210’s, 220 at most.

Then add maybe another year to get coordinated within his full body height/weight.

So look for a big leap in performance in 2025-26

This guy is going to be a PROBLEM for the rest of the division for years. A core of big defensemen who can skate makes me feel better about achieving sustained success

I don’t know why anyone’s surprised. Come to Montreal, discover poutine, put on 15 pounds. Pretty standard.

Makes sense based on the articles about the growing pains in his knees

Must’ve been hanging out with the bone man Lane Hutson this summer

That’s Bone Zone Hutson level growth.

  8. That means we have 5 6’3+ players Ghule Dach Slaf Wifi and David ?

Our D core is shaping up nicely. Lots of size and good puck mobility, gotta love it.

    This seems pretty bad.

An additional 15 pounds in that time frame, maybe 0.5lb is muscle as you just can’t put on muscle that fast. Not a great start:(

I’m so happy we got this kid. Every cup winner in the last 10 years has a big RD like him that can shutdown top lines (except Pitt but they still had Letang). The fact he has excellent skating too is amazing. Like a Petrangelo.
