Thnak you for the Excellent and very informative content! I've been enjoying your videos that obviously pertain to a high level of hockey, and trying to apply some of your insights to the minor/youth hockey. Obviously it'a quite a different game, a lot less structured, so some patterns don't work quite as well. One-on-one is a good example since younger players rarely care about assigned positions so it often results in 'swarm' type situations where there is easily 4-5 players digging for the same puck. What's the most efficient strategy there to break away from the swarm?! lol
Wow #28 on Flames just totally being lazy, doesn't put pressure or support his D man on first play. Second play, instead of using stop and start he coasts away from the puck.
