Gunler and Robidas have both tallied, Canes up 3-0 with about 7 left in the middle frame.

Vondras had come in at the midway point of the 2nd period after Perets pitched a shutout, but Schwindt beats him with about 4 left in the period. 3-1 Canes.

Murray makes it 4-1 Carolina cleaning up the trash in front.
