You are absolutely right about Babcock. Everything he does since his hire will be scrutinized. His past is haunting him. Ibe also heard they’re going to some people (players etcetc) from Babcock past who have dealt with him. If that is true. This is for sure not looking good for Mike Babcock. It’s todays era. World has changed.

Re: Babcock…..what a circus, eh!!! Whether one likes him or not the guy isn't going to get a break. In the jury of public opinion all the Commodores, BizNastys, and Corrados of the world have passed judgement and Babcock is doomed before he ever gets on the ice for training camp. If the locker room is already against the guy… it's just a matter of time before he's gone and if that's the case Jarmo K better deal with it sooner than later.
Re: Leafs Kings trade: why not. Nick Robertson has tremendous talent and I'm sure he just wants to play at the NHL level….the Kings will give him that opportunity. If he's anything like his brother…. he'll be a star. On the other side…the Kings player will end up languishing on the Marlies until Tavares retires….good luck with that!!!!
Babs should just resign and stop the drama.
Babcock is a dinosaur. There are SO MANY great coaches all around the world. Nobody needs these recycled out-of-touch interacting with young people. It's well beyond over for Babcock now.

It was extremely desperate and foolish hiring Babcock.
Why the Hell would any Canadian go to Russia to play hockey is insane… good place to die
