To be honest from my point of view and the replays…those were the right calls so stop complaining. Dun get me wrong im a die hard canucks fan but it's actually good calls if u guys watched the replays =/
Well like every disappointing night which doesn't happen that often I go on NHL 12 set the difficulty to beginner and to my advantage. Oh and time to bring out my 100 overall team >XD
You can't really blame Hansen for that, I mean the Canucks had possession so all the forwards moved into the neutral zone, there was no reason for the forwards to still be in their defensive zone let alone worrying about the other players they were suppose to cover. It was that giveaway on the Nucks blueline that was horrible; the forwards had no time to even get back. Edler could've intercepted the pass too. Then there was the mishandle of the puck leading to the LA empty netter as well.
Other teams like Boston say that we dive, whine and cheap shot a lot. Tonight I think we saw exactly what they accuse. The entire game was just frustrating to watch for me, aside from a few good shifts and Lou. I bet I'll get some negative feedback on this, and I hate to be that annoying pessimistic fan, but the boys really can't keep this awful play up.
i will daringly say that this was the worst game they could have played given the circumstances and yet they still had a chance to win in the 3rd period. if they clean up their mistakes, they'll be alright, but either way this series will be a long one…
I thought the refs made a few good calls (although some I didn't agree with, like the hand pass). But you can't blame that on the loss, LA outplayed us in pretty much every department.
Actually I agree with you on the Kesler spray, but the only reason Kassian was called was because he left his feet (which is illegal). Unfortunate for Nucks fans, but a pretty good call if you ask me
@canuckz but does he need to dive? he's a beast as he proved last year but why does he need to embellish stuff. i just hate when people whine about our team being filled with divers

Ref's sucked for both teams, but leaning towards ourside more.

We spent too much time and energy killing penalties tonight, if we can cut down on them, we should be good the rest of the way. Go Canucks Go!!
