Once again, a CanucksArmy article that contains barely any logic:
– Thatcher Demko is starting the season healthy (He started last season healthy too). – Spencer Martin was downright terrible last year, but he’ll want to prove himself (Okay, how does that make him part of a top-10 tandem?) – Silovs has potential (Silovs played 5 games last year and isn’t the locked-in backup.) – The defence is better (Maybe, but you’re ranking the goaltending tandem, not the team’s overall defence.)

A 57/25(ish) game split between Demko and Silovs would be a great scenario if he’s able to earn the backup spot in Vancouver this pre-season. More one on one time with Ian Clark would obviously be advantageous and would allow Nikita Tolopilo to develop in Abbotsford alongside Martin.

this is beyond sensational…. I dont know whats happened to Canucks Army in the last 3-4 years but they have devolved to utter dogshit most days…

Will the goaltending improve over last year? Most certainly Am I confident Demko will bounce back after injuries? Most certainly Am I confident in literally any other goalie in the system? Not at all Will the canucks have a top 10 goaltending trio? Absolutely not unless demko plays 75 games.
I guess that’s a hot take

Demko, maybe around 10th overall in the league. Martin, nearly the worst goalie statistically. Silovs, basically unproven in the nhl. I’d put canucks goaltending maybe like 20th overall for depth if I am being honest.

This is like Wayne and Brent Gretzky being the highest scoring brothers in NHL history.
