Seen alot of people in my gym going through this. Constantly using the hand sanitizer, wiping the machine pads and handles and the hand washing over and over. Mainstream media definitely pumps the fear porn into those that watch!! The Thing about the hand sanitizer is it kills the good bacteria that you need on your hands to stay strong and healthy.
If I'm Zito & PM I let Knight take a year in Charlotte & not have the pressure of the NHL. Let's see how the season goes. Z can always bring him up but I think this season is gonna be tough for him as it is he doesn't need extra pressure from a Cup run. He's 22 hopefully he can play on a regular basis and not let his demons take over his life

OCD really…? Sorry this kid is toast! I have said it since day 1. I wish it wasn't the case just being candid. Dang it; the NHL is not the place for this poor kid…..Said Panthers fan.
The real Spencer Knight we know was actually GOOD last season! His downfall happened at Winnipeg, before that game he had 8-3-3 record in 14 games (lost at home vs Dallas but replaced Bob who allowed 4 goals in 1st period), and a very respectable 0.923 save percentage. I remember at one point there were questions like "should we try him as a starter"?
Not to sound like an ass but I figured it was something like this. He came back and was talking about embracing the unknown which is the same mindset I grew to have after also worrying about every little thing in my life having to be perfect. Really does sound like he has grown so I’m hoping he will continue to kill it!
