If you leave it to Nylander he'll drag it out to the very end..If I'm Treliving I go to the agent with the number and term I'm willing to go too and let him know if Nylander doesn't sign I start shopping him around for a top end D. Leafs need a better D core and moving him to get better on the backend wouldn't be the worse thing..

I feel a little different this year. In the past, it's oh no running it back. But in reality, this is a very talented core. Much like Treliving stated, it's all about showing up when it counts. Hopefully this can be taught.
