How does horvat get a roughing from that he just put his arms around svechnikov to keep a brawl from happening. Then there's times where 2 players both drop the gloves start throwing punches but only get separated and game continues on. Every referee is so much different than the next its stupid

Svech could be so much better if he worked on his discipline. Takes a lot of dumb penalties and goes for questionable hits a lot.
