   Lots of guys getting the night off. Should be a chance to see big minutes from Mateychuck, Texier, Malatesta, Meyer, and hopefully Knazko and Ceulemans.

   Mateychuk was already the best defenseman in his first game (mostly because Werenski clearly didn’t give much of a fuck about preseason). I think he still goes back to Moose Jaw because of how many bodies are senior to him, but he’s going to make their decision very hard.
