Surprised they think EK65 is 3 overall worse then Josi after just winning the Norris and putting up 100 points

  2. bajubiejunior

    Interesting choice there with Carlson

  3. brady_t12

Carlson is a bit high here lol. Maybe an 88 due to his offensive capabilities but he’s awful defensively.

  4. OttawaFisherman

Chabot is wayyyyy to high. He’s the third best defenceman on Ottawa

  5. JackManningNHL

Fascinating, but Theodore lines up on the right more than he lines up on the left.

  6. Finrad-Felagund

Disrespect to Miro is very very very real.

  7. Captain_Naps

These are always good for a chuckle.

  8. OlympicMuffins

Seider has had a great start to his career but 88 already is a bit much

Chabot is lowkey overrated by EA and I am a Sens Fan. Sanderson is just better or tied with Chabby imo

I’ve been saying for years, but they need to completely overhaul the ratings systems.

Right now, the scale is 36-99. But let’s be real, no one is really ever in the 30/40s. But they have to adjust so you have the CHL/Euro leagues which leaves 99% of NHLers between 80 and 90 with no real difference.

It would be great if they added scales so Shane Wright – for example, was a 90 in the OHL, an 84 in the AHL, and an 78 in the NHL. So if I put him on an OHL team, he gets a ratings spike but I move him to Seattle, and he goes down.

But I would also open up the ratings so like a 3rd pairing was a 60 overall vs. a 90 overall forward. So you dont need to put Mitch Marner’s checking rating at an 85 so he maintains a high overall or Carlson’s defensive rating at a 90

No Leafs, definitely an accurate list.

Slavin and Heiskanen are way too low, and I’d probably put Fox ahead of McAvoy

  13. Holiday_Use_2980

Miro and Slavin too low, while Carlson is too high

  14. hippiehs

Where is my man Spurgeon. Really think he is better than a couple of the RD guys

  15. NowFook

Not that bad. Id move Fox over McAvoy and Carlsson probably out of the list.

  16. Anyone else bothered by the fact that the RD are in the left pic and the LD are in the right?

  17. Scrubosaurus13

I wonder how close Sergachev was to making the top 10 LD. He can’t be much lower than 88.

  18. ashfidel

the best defense in the league has one guy in the bottom of the top 10.

  19. Tman211

This is Jared Spurgeon/Jonas Brodin erasure

  20. STG_Resnov

I’m surprised Lindholm didn’t get bumped up 1 OA after his extremely good season last year.

  21. 1uno124

Miro is better than Hughes or Dahlin..so tiring to explain better more exciting does not = better

  22. YouCanFucough

Find you someone who loves you the way EA loves John Carlson

  23. TrucksAndBongs

Slavin should be at least a 90. No bias here.

  24. New_Capital3267

Makar shouldn’t be three points higher than Fox

  25. jimbobbrainiac

    Hampus Lindholm gets slighted again

  26. Gionta1222

Hampus Lindholm is better than half those guys lol

  27. hoesmad_x_24

Top 3 RDs are fine, I tend to think it’s fair to put Fox & McAvoy on the same tier but just about everything else is fuuuuucked

Josi is an incredible D-man but certainly not top 3 on his side. Heiskanen, Pietriangelo and Slavin in particular got shafted in the rankings, and the absence of Lindholm makes me think he slept with an EA exec’s wife
