i thought it was the communiplex too because of the siren. But that was a mobile device. the size of a shoebox. loud if you sit in the same section as it.
…but i don't think it is the communiplex/Art houser center. The benches arn't in the right place, nor would the camera crew booth(This angle would be the radio booth) And the logo in center ice looks to be the old tigers logo. The raider center ice has had two logos in the circle for the longest of times(including the vintage logo)
