    Re: Baby Loves Backlund: great signing for the Flames. Flames needed something positive for a change.
    Re: the BrindAmours: I watched quite a few Quinnipiac games last year and Skyler B looks to be a solid centre. Doubt he'll make the NHL this season as he will need further development.
    Re: Sens trade rumours: watched Habs beat Sens 4-3 tonight…Joseph scored twice for the Sens….2 sweet wristers. Definitely a boost to his trade value.
    Re: Flames Snow: very sad news to hear this….not unexpected as it was public knowledge that he was battling ALS but it pains the heart nonetheless. May his family find comfort and peace.

    We need to make room, but I think Pinto's camp might have to bite the bullet for one season and take a discount, and then next summer he can get a better deal. I wonder about Brannstrom, he's replacable now with Klevin coming up and there are a couple teams that could use him in their top 4, which is what he is (too good to be on the bottom pair).

    The Sens have tied up too much cap space.Pinto is an up and coming second line center .His agent will demand a lot more money,that's the problem.Another problem is that Ottawa won't move any of their prospects.There is a bunch of prospects that aren't high end prospects they could move.They are kind of like a bunch of teenage girls the management,they just won't listen.
