Time to talk about a few things with the Calgary Hitmen of the Western Hockey League (WHL). Talked about how the Calgary Hitmen did their annual Teddy Bear Toss minus the game at the Scotiabank Saddledome due to the global pandemic with COVID-19.
Also touched upon defenseman Luke Prokop signing his entry level deal with the Nashville Predators of the National Hockey League (NHL). Same with Calgary Flames draft prospects who are going to play at the 2021 IIHF World Junior Hockey Championships as well.
Lastly I go over my personal thoughts and speculations on the 2020-21 WHL Season and when it may start. This is in response to the league targeting a January 8th date but talk more in depth that I feel it’s very unlikely now it’ll start then.
