Shit, that’s never good. I remember when Prongers eye got hit with the stick. Him screaming made it so much scarier. You know somethings really wrong if he’s howling like that. Hope he’s okay, I hate when this kind of accidental shit happens to players. Looked like he was just working his nuts off on that shift.

it’s not shown in this clip, but they had some shots of goligoski’s face shortly afterward and you could tell he felt awful about it. he’s not the kind of guy to make dirty plays in the first place, let alone against a rookie in a preseason game. just an awkward fall and shitty, unfortunate situation.

My brother went into the boards in a similar fashion a number of years ago and turned his entire lower leg into popcorn. Has a titanium rod in his tibia now and eight years on, he’s still not back to 100%
