There's no way that Letang doesn't play PP1. 65 58 87 71 and 59 once he's back. In the meantime, Smith or Rakell or Rust or DOC.
They will at least give it a try. It's not often that there are 4 HoF players on one powerplay, they would be silly to not try it out.
