Too bad contracts in the NHL can't be restructured. Lee fits on the 3rd line. If he keeps a "first line mentality" playing on the 3rd, that line could possibly be dangerous. Now, if we can find a 1st line LW that clicks while Nelson's line continues how they left off and Lee's 3rd line starts scoring…we could very well be a 100+ point team.that being said, I don't think our 1st line will be as dangerous as our 2nd because of that glaring hole on LW! How unfortunate would it be if lines 2 through 4 are producing and defensively solid, our defense is shutting everyone down and putting up points, Sorokin's lights out every start, Varly is winning his starts, our special teams are scoring and keeping the puck out of our net, all the while our 1st line can't seem to get it or is getting out scored. Most of us would be insanely happy that 3 out of 4 lines are rolling, I wouldn't. I say this because Lou neglected to fill that need. We're talking about our 1st line here! Every cup contender and winner for that matter all have a legitimate 1st line! We don't!
