Offense Explodes at LCA! | Detroit Sweeps Weekend Back-to-Back



Detroit won their games agains the Capitals and Blackhawks 5-2 and 6-1 respectivley this weekend. Power play unit one looked solid again on Saturday as Larkin (2G), Raymond (2A), DeBrincat (2A) and Seider (1G) all made the most of it. Meanwhile Kasper rose to the occasion to fight Mantha. Fabbri left the game early with an upper body injury but should be ok. Then on Sunday the Wings dominated Connor Bedard and the Blackhawks. Rasmussen struck twice. and Danielson continues to impress more every single game. #lgrw

    Dude, nate danielson almost certainly deserves a spot. At least for 9 games at the start of the season. He's earned it through consistently playing well in just about every aspect. Offense, smart 2 way play, maturity, and consistency. He hasnt played a bad game between the preseason or the prospect tournament

    I think Danielson should go back to juniors for development, because I want him to play the most minutes possible. That said…dude looks like a stud !!! It’s possible he’s the second Larkin the team needs to be a true cup contender !!!

    Bros he’s going to be injured again, we are talking about
    fabbri he is a good player but not so great at staying healthy, he has bad knees ect. We are going to see Larkin injury soon enough because he is going to be targeted by a lot of players.

    where was the superstar at all night bedard who gives a 💩he played 20 minutes on ice he was shut down just like the kids shut down ovi 0-points on capital ice this team looks ready wether you like them or not! 🤷‍♂️🤗👍

    While obviously only preseason….looking forward to this year! Seeing the depth…what a 'problem' to have!! My favorite part of this game is watching players who want to play. I think some of the fire these young "B-team" players are bringing will spread amongst the more "comfortable A-team" players. Really looking forward to how this season plays out! So excited to see Ras back in the mix

    They look good. Observations Amadeus Lombardi, Kasper and Danielson look legit, Rasmussen seems much more confident and I would not be surprised if he has a breakout year. On the negative side, I’m just not seeing it for Edvinsson. Honestly I’m not sure he even makes the pros outside of his size, but if he does, Jonathan Erickson type player is his ceiling

    I want Danielson in GR. We have plenty of Cs for wings. I want griffins to be dominant as well. There will be trades/injuries.

    I know it's the preseason, but is it just me or do seider and walman not look good defensively?
    I don't think the arrangement between the two fits at all. Even more so when Seider plays more offensively, Walman defensively floats in my opinion….
    PP1 will be in the Top 10. I Love watching this guys so much
