That’s such a downer. I genuinely love his perspective and takes on this team, and I appreciate his love of the franchise and city. Hoping he gets a kidney

Man all the best to him and his family. I love his stuff it’s probably the only reason I still pay for the athletic

  3. I’ve known about this for a while, obviously not sharing any of it because it would be weird to and not my place in any circumstances. A colleague of mine is very close friends with Portzline so I hear stuff from time to time.

We all have our own personal frustrations with how Portzline breaks stories and too often fumbles the bag in getting things correct while still producing great stories from time to time. However, he’s still a human covering our favorite team and hopefully can get the care he needs.

Just goes to show you never know what people are going through behind closed doors. Be kind to strangers and keep fighting Portzy.

  5. Best to Aaron and his family. Wishing him good health soon.

If you have a friend and family member who needs a kidney, and you want to donate, but you aren’t a match for them, you should consider joining a kidney donor chain for them. Functionally, if someone donates a kidney without a targeted donee (usually due to accidental death), they will try to match with a recipient who has a donor in the chain. The recipient gets the new kidney, and the donor then gives their kidney to someone else in the chain who they *are* a match for. This process can go on for 5 or 6 people easily until they find a chain donor who doesn’t have a good match.
