TSN Hockey analyst Frankie Corrado joins SC with Jay Onrait to discuss if either Jack Campbell or Stuart Skinner earned the right to start opening night, who has more to lose if a deal between Shane Pinto and the Senators doesn’t get done before the season, and Rick Tocchet’s plans to implement a defence pairing by committee approach this season.

Campbell, but I don't think that's a good sign.
It's not a good sign because he's never been consistent throughout his career which is why he's on his 4th NHL club!! The Oil should start Skinner because he had the better of play last season & wouldn't had been in the playoffs if it wasn't for him. Now he didn't sustain that success in the playoffs combined Campbell's preseason play & dumb contract is why this is even a topic of conversation in the 1st place.
Opening night should be a coin toss, lets not get into head games before the Season even begins ok. The only thing deserved that will happen on opening night is the correct Team will earn 2 valuable NHL 2024 Regular Season points that they can save up and cash in for a Stanley Cup Playoff ticket come Springtime. Lets start this year in the right mindset, one that simply places one foot firmly in front of another. This is a clean slate and that means a new beginning with no strings attatched. A clean slate is what Society refuses to ever give back to a person who breaks Societal Laws of their time. Its even been arranged to put a GLOBAL stain on certain humans so no matter where they go there will never be a clean slate. The Oilers are fortunate to be able to fire and forget entire YEARS of their lives and justifiably never look back.
went to school with frankie wish he had a longer career with the leafs
