I am both relieved and offended that nobody took these guys.
We missed the playoffs by 6 points. No Norris and no Pinto? Yes goaltending and full season of Chyc… PANIC!

I’m officially worried about Norris. I wouldn’t say I’ve reached “panic” yet. But I’m very worried. I think the panic stage will hit if he’s not in the lineup for the start of the regular season

Hopefully you boys check your YouTube after you've put an episode out because I went to Fan fest in Ottawa and saw Norris on the ice taking hits getting in the corner and he looks just fine. This day-to-day stuff is strictly cautionary

I think DJ is just gathering data by scrambling up the lines while its still preseason and there's a bunch of new guys. It doesn't bother me, I think its actually a good thing.

My panic level is on high! I was sooo looking forward to this season, this roster is able to make a mega splash and I’m not afraid of our top 9 facing any other roster in the league…but no Norris, no Pinto? that’s like 50-60 goals not in the roster right now…that’s a lot of lost games we would’ve otherwise won! Come on Sens!!!!!!!
Josh “Sicknote” Norris I’m afraid lads. It’s knocking on a year since he hurt himself. If he can’t be fit and healthy by now as a 24 year old professional athlete then it’s time to worry.
You would have to be worried about Norris even for him to get his timing and legs if he gets in opening day

The Norris so called setback may just be a way to sign buy some time for Norris and also to sign Pinto. A couple of months of Norris' salary could be enough to sign Pinto for the season.

With Norris, I think this news only confirms what I was thinking. But no excuses are overall group is better. We have to forge ahead until Josh gets back in. Especially if we can bring him back later in the year at 100%. As for JBD and Igor it says a lot that no one claimed them on waivers. Meanwhile, I hoping they can get over the hump. On the good news, this frees up Pinto to play. He's played the same number of pre-season minutes as Josh, "0". And daggone it Ross why did you bring the Lions!? Why?! Not you Ross.

If pinto and Norris aren’t ready for game 1 we need to consider putting giroux as centre on the second line so we can still have a decent 1-2 punch
