Wild and unlikely idea.. but if you really can't find a trade partner tonmake the room to sign him, send Pinto and Joseph to Tampa and bring Nick Paul back.. maybe they retain a bit of Paul's salary so we have some cap wiggle room? We get an older but proven 3rd line centre that can move up the lineup and kill penalties just as well as Joseph. Would be a git to PD's ego but he's gunna have to take one to mop up his cap mismanagement here

I think this will drag on. I predict Norris is not ready and will remain no LTIR in which after 2 months they can afford Pinto.
Yeah if Norris is all ready having issues. He won’t make it the season. It will be a carrier ender if he still can’t get better.
The guy for me to watch and crack the top 9 is Grieg. Norris could be the odd man out after they sign Pinto. He looked good with Giroux and Tarasenko.
