And to think that he has been the 2nd best player on his team thanks to Sidney Crosby being his teammate for whats to be their 17th season together this year along with defenseman kris letang. Malkin and Crosby are referred to as "the two_headed monster" cause its tough to shut them both down in a game. It is so crazy that the Pens have had 4 of the Greatest players ever.
Hockey players are the toughest athletes. One of the Boston Bruins broke a leg during a game and continued playing for the end of his shift. They consider all other sports’ athletes wimps. And playoff hockey is the most thrilling sports in the world. Nothing like the intensity in hockey during playoffs. Other sports pale in comparison.

the difference between hockey penalty shots and soccer penalties is in hockey the goalie has the natural advantage and is expected to save more penalty shots than allow.

Please react the the fight in Hockeytown. It was full blown brawl between the Red Wings and Avalanche. Not your normal sports brawl either, more like a bar brawl lol
Shootouts aren’t as tough on goalies as you might think. Players only score roughly 30% of the time they have a penalty or shootout shot. It’s best of three in a shootout as well, so the first team to score twice wins. Most goals in hockey are the result of good passing and or using players in front of the net as screens so the goalie cant see the puck.
