I just hope there are no serious injuries that occur. Last season we were incredibly lucky. Everyone has high hopes for the season. I would hate for injury to “sink” us
I want to see them shooting the puck on the power play. I'm tired of seeing all this passing and no shooting

I'm tired of motion, SHOOT THE PUCK! They're most effective in the positions they're starting in…thats why they're starting in those positions. This umbrella thing only works if Malkin and Letang are trigger men.
He wants "motion"? They can move all they want after they shoot. Crash for rebounds, battle for puck retrievals and use their dynamic playmaking abilities after they've broken down the PKs structure with SHOTS.
If thats not the mentality we're in store for an incredibly expense middle of the pack PP who's a liability against competent teams. And in all likely hood another post season missed.

Stick taps for Poulin man. That is no easy feat in any profession to tackle mental health issues, but especially at the highest level of a sport. Glad he's doing better and seems to be in good spirits. Can't wait to see how he further develops his game!
DK, what about this.. I might get s#it over this, but what about putting jeff carter on the PP? Hes 6'4". Put him in front of the net for deflections. Maybe Jake won't get so beat up over the course of a season. But carter can't do much else but win a faceoff here n there. Would it b worth a shot?
