Shepard too! I know he wasn’t making the team, I’d just hate to see him get snagged by another team.

Snively hasn’t stood out to me in the preseason games and I haven’t heard much about him, so not too surprised there.

NAK has had moments of good but a LOT of dumb penalties. With how tight competition is for spots, I can definitely understand that.

Gonna be exciting to see how the final roster shapes up.

Players placed on waivers is usually just to clear cap space to get below the ceiling, so I wouldn’t read too much into the waiver guys. Seeing Lapierre get sent down may be an effort to prevent anyone else from picking him up off waivers. I’d expect him back this season, but maybe not? We have too many bubble guys on offense and defense, unfortunately, so somebody we like will be standing when the music stops unfortunately.

Thought NAK was getting a roster spot so this is certainly interesting. Does Miroshnichenko make it now?

  5. NAK is a bit surprising… he’s had great flashes and played well overall IMO.

Roster spots are hard to come by.

I know I know. But snively has the ability to be good. Feel like both could be claimed.

I feel like this pretty much sets the opening night lineup. Combinations pending but it feels like Malenstyn will be penciled in as the last forward

Someone taking NAK would give us like 400k in pure net cap space honesty someone please grab him.
