  1. My lord this would be insane. Hats off to you for doing this challenge and keeping in great shape with hockey shut down. Time for us to see a cardio challenge on the ranch with Burns!

  2. A. As a Californian, if I looked out the window and saw snow I'd go right the hell back to bed, so wow. B. What was harder? The sleep deprivation or the reduced recovery time?

  3. Dude, that's insane! You are the personification of BeastMode!

You've inspired me to start a challenge for my fitness level: 1 x 1 x 365; 1 mile, once per year, every 365 days.

  4. You my friend are an animal. Can't wait to see you breeze on the ice after killing this. Stay safe bud

  5. we missed your videos!!!
congrats to you for pulling off this challenge!!! 🥳

  6. Oh my god you are a beast! This is so inspirational, great job! I definitely can't run any marathons but I'm gonna try to run every day and work my way up to 4 miles.

  7. Dude, you saying this is a grind. You’re literally doing what a Navy SEAL does!!
You’re a beast!! Love your dedication. I’m sure it would be easier to do in SJ I’m terms of the weather.
Your mom sounds amazing, and a lot like my mom. My mom still gets up every morning when my brother goes to work. He’s 44 😂. (We say he’s Vlasic yrs old)

  8. You need to watch the first ever recorded Medal of Honor winner Sgt John Chapman. It’s video of what he did winning the medal. It’s an example of physical & mental toughness.

  9. holy *shit*, I am in utter awe – but please tell me you slept for, like, twelve hours straight after that!

  10. What an inspirational beast! Made me get out of bed and run a 5k, something I had not done in over a year.

  11. I don’t even KNOW how you did this. The hardest thing I’ve done was walking 39 miles in 2 days. I can’t imagine RUNNING that much in 2 days, and you did 9 more miles with push ups and sit ups in between. You are insane 🔥

  12. This is your best video. I like to experiment with health nut type stuff, I would love to see more content like this. How about a month of cold showers? Or do some training on the gyrostim that Crosby used when he was dealing with his bad concussions?

  13. Wow the moon looks fantastic.” Much respect for achieving a very tough and challenging goal. You provide so much motivation for me to see what your body went through yet stayed so mentally tough. What a grind! I won’t complain about anything in my life anymore.

  14. Pure Insanity with that weather…this is awesome..you did a great job..Please can you tell me which sports watch you were using?

  15. Congrats! Just completed 4x4x60 for my 60th birthday in the Texas heat and humidity 🙏👊🏻😎🏃

  16. Here after hearing you on 31 Thoughts podcast. Definitely something I’m going to think about doing this summer. Great life experience

  17. props to you man! 🔥 also done the challenge with no practice and posted a video about it, would mean a lot if you would check it out! much love 🙏🏼
