To put it simply, authentics are made in Canada and use number sizes (i.e. 52, 54, 56) while replicas are not made in Canada and use letter sizes (i.e. M, L, XL). What you have is a replica.

CCM authentics had a different necktag that said authentic and used numbered sizing, probably a different front crest that is sewn down but that I don’t remember for sure. Yours looks like a retail replica.
