    My daughter is 100 pounds and plays competitive Midget B. The girls are all twice her size and maybe 3 times stronger. But, when she is in the net she makes the difference between a win and a loss. The team feels that she can make the difference.

    As a leafs fan I'm incredibly insulted that you didn't say Jose Theodore among those Habs goaltending legends. The man won a Hart Trophy as the goalie in Montreal! How much more of a connection does there need to be?

    Listening to Peter Mansbridge talk about folks growing in a tin roof cabin, playing hockey on a frozen pond, makes me think how disconnected urban people are with the rest of Canada.
