Forward Josh Leivo has signed a one year, $1.5M contract with the Canucks. He has been a steady player since arriving from Toronto in December 2018.

Favourite Leivo goal was when he scored against his former team tying the game and I was there to witness it. I never celebrated a goal so crazy before 😂

Really like Lievo and is a great player. Pretty good hockey IQ and vision. I don't see these things with Goldobin. Goldobin only does this when he basically is on a line where he's in the right place lucky. Thoughts?

Like the signing. For 1.5 would like to of given him 3 years, think next year his price will go up.
My big question is how do they sign Boeser if they already don't have enough cap space. Can they get rid of some cap space by buying out Erickson or Sutter? I don't think they can trade either one right now because of the bad contracts unless they give up picks. Should be interesting before the season gets under way. Maybe Brock Boeser is Nylander 2.0!
