Being there tonight was incredible. That was the best atmosphere I'd experienced since the sweep of Tampa Bay. Some guys will have to step up their game to stay in the lineup once Laine and Domi return. Texier's goal was the turning point. Tex had a monster game, especially on the penalty kill. This home and home series was originally supposed to be played in Finland, but was cancelled. That's why the Jackets have five days off in between games as it was supposed to be travel and recuperate time this week. It worked out though as Domi will now only miss two games instead of four or five games. No disrespect intended towards Colorado, but I thought the Jackets kicked their ass the last two periods. If the Jackets continue to play that well, word will get around the league very quickly. On a final note, the third line has had their playing time cut back considerably the last two games. I hate to see that because Roslovic has been killing it in the faceoff circle the last five games taking 25 of 35 draws.
