Thomas Drance on the Canucks two wins and Spencer Martin
The Athletic Canucks Writer Thomas Drance joined the guys to talk about the Canucks victories in Vegas and Arizona, Bo Horvat’s play and the Canucks signing Spencer Martin.
LMFAO WTF am I watching right now? I love this show. Elliot shows up looking like he just woke up after a night at the Roxy, and we’ve got Thomas looking like he’s on vacation in Texas. Just the visuals are enough to crack me up and get me invested in the conversations. Fantastic stuff. It’s like UTV’s SportsPage meets the Trailer Park Boys in radio/podcast format. So much fun and so nostalgic.
When the Canucks changed coach and manager Stan Smyl talked about a change of "culture". I see non of that. They changed faces and brought in good people but they are still doing the same old stuff. Love to hear from Stan to see if he is satisfied with how it is going.
Drance and his balding and constant complaining about everything made me suspicious. But with that hat, that shirt and the fact he's in Palm Springs, it's now official. Drance is a senior citizen.
thomas offers the most useless insight ever. He has to mention the obvious because thats all he knows not a true hockey mind. He worked in marketing for the panthers that doesnt make him a hockey pro it makes him someone who watched games like every fan in the world. No proffessional experience as a coach gm agent or player. No insight
if the organization has no plans to bring boudreau back for next season, why would canuck management reveal this to the media and the public now with bruce still on the payroll coaching out the string for the remaining balance of this season … that would be rather uncouth, tactless and wholly disrespectful to mr. boudreau and his family, would it not?…
