Fantastic video my dude. I see many fans suggest Mittlestadt could be traded but that would be a massive mistake. He and Dahlin are probably the Sabres most skilled players, and if Mitts body can build back stronger after his injuries he can have Kessel like seasons. Has some of the best vision in the NHL.
If Mitts body can stay healty and if he starts hitting more, he could blow up next year. He has amazing stick handling skills and he's a great skater, really hope he can reach the next step
Considering we basically rushed his development , He would of most likely been our slotted number 1C at the start of the year before tage exploded. Imagine he takes the jump like tage did, stays healthy and comes out and gets 25gs and like 40a. I still envision him as a 2/3c next year, hes got the skill and iq just needs to stay healthy and in rhythm for atleast 75+ games.
This coming year will be his put up or shut up year. If he can’t stay healthy and rack up some points, he’ll be replaced by some up and coming draft choices soon.

I actually love Casey and his skilled style of play. Silky-smoothest hands on the Sabres.

Would be nice to have him for a full season at some point….please don't get hurt again.
Full healthy season . His skill set should get him at 50+ points
