Great stuff! I’ve been conflicted about the Gaudreau/Foligno/Hartman extensions. I love them all and I want them on the team, but I don’t like the term or the idea of blocking out important prospects down the road. But I’m sure Guerin won’t let it come to that anyway, so I don’t think it’s worth worrying about. I’ve always looked at NMCs as the cost of doing business, so those don’t really bother me either in this situation, although I understand fans’ trepidation. We’ll all have Parise/Suter ptsd for a long time.
What exactly did foligno do last year
To extend him four years,?
Same with zuggs, looking at his last 2
Months production ?
IMO the vet extensions speak volumes as to where Guerin's confidence is with the current prospect tool.
This organization NEEDS more first round picks in the 20-25 range. It what our youth movement needs.
What even is gonna happen with the Prospects that have played in Iowa in the last few years, teetering on the possibility of making a full time role. Right now you can only move anyone on the 4th line and Merrill, for a spot on the team.
When are Walker, Beckman, Shaw contracts up because I doubt any will resign , no room on this club and we will lose these pieces for nothing. It’s dumb
