To those who say the throws were bad, need to understand football. The QB has to try and place the ball where only his WR can make a play so while the throws "look bad" its cause there's no window to place the ball into where Witherspoon cant jump it for an INT. So yes, the throws were low or looks off time. The QB is trying to time the route when both WR and DB aren't facing the ball hoping the WR will look up on que to make a catch.
his 11 tackles was what stood out for me. We finally have another DB that isn't afraid to get dirty and can make the tackle in open field. I cant wait to watch a healthy defense out there !

(Initially) I thought that Jon Schneider should have Drafted Bijan Robinson, but that would mean that the Seahawks would have to reduce the playing time of (either) Kenneth Walker 3, (or) Zach Charbonnet (or both) ! Drafting Devon Witherspoon was a very smart move, because it allows him to be on the field, competing at full capacity, in tandem with Tariq Woolen !
If it weren’t for bad throws he would’ve been torched a lot that game. I counted 5 passes that should’ve been caught in this video if it weren’t for bad throws. Witherspoon is decent at best
Lol nfl is so scripted and rigged these wide receivers is clearly dropping these passes on purpose but i know they tryna build up devon and he has some talents but if he was on it like this for real they'll kick your ass out the league lol
There’s definitely some stuff he can clean up, but as a hawks fan I am very excited to see how much of a star this man is ab to become for us. He likes to tackle solid coverage skills feel like his speed is a might be his biggest weakness in my opinion but hey what can I say he’s a dawg.
I love spoon as much as the next guy but he gave up 2 touchdowns in coverage to Josh Reynolds against Detroit and he shut down the worst receiving core in the NFL. Simply need to see more.

His ability to come in as a rookie and fill in for woolen has been so crucial to this team i cant wait untill he gets his first pick
