Alex LaFreniere is a 16 year old phenom with the Rimouski Oceanic of the QMJHL. The QMJHL 1st overall pick is leading his team in scoring and among the league leaders with 37 goals and 69 points. Here is isolation video of the NHL prospect in his first game at the Halifax Scotiabank Centre against the Mooseheads. LaFreniere was 3rd star with 2 goals in a 6-5 overtime loss.
