  1. Bergy is a good GM but I did have a doubt about the gamble… He’s a madman and I’m happy it payed off

  2. Cale Fleury and Hayden Fleury should play with Marc-Andre Fleury. Cale Fleury you will be missed.

  3. now that webers out id have preferred seattle take Price. Then trade Petry and get more young bucks.

  4. I’m suspecting the Kraken owners would prefer not to spend too much in the short term. They are wealthy but absorbing the 650M sure was a hit. They know fans will have a tighter budget post-pandemic too. It’s a better financial strategy to keep a tight budget and draft good players for 2-3 years.

  5. MB does it again. Good on Pricey for sticking up for his teammate in Allen as well. I'm sure the two of them are going to be a lot closer as buddies now that this is over. Time to start the off season boys. Go and get some free agents. Maybe make a couple trades. Go Habs Go. Cale Fleury.

  6. Price has some issues with the body for sure, but probably no more so then he did at this point last season. Likely ready to go for training camp. The big news is Drouin will be in camp. We will see how that goes. I was unsure if the team was as sour on him as the fanbase, looks like they are not.

  7. Seattle: We'll take Allen.
    Montreal: We'll expose Price then.
    Seattle: We'll take Price then.
Montreal: Price is pretty busted up, might miss all season next year.
    Seattle: Ok, we'll take Fleury.
Montreal: Cool! By the way, Price is fine for the start of the season.

  8. I'm not sure how offering the worst contract in the NHL is a gamble.

  9. Idk man, i’d rather lose a 31 years old backup goalie than Fleury tbh. I love Bergevin but not his short term vision.

  10. I can't wait until you make the video about what happened today. As a wings fan… you're going to s*** a brick.. I did!

  11. Yeah the plan worked perfectly, we didn't want them to take our 34 year old goaltender that makes 10 mill a year, for 5 more years, that can only be successful in a tandem…. 👀

  12. Cale Fleury. Whoever hit that dislike button, you are all alone and you committed a federal crime that deserves punishment

  13. Seattle missed an opportunity to be the big family org and reunite both all the fleury brothers and the staal brothers 😏

  14. I'm annoyed Habs didn't play Fleury more. He's going to be a great 3rd pairing guy, whick could have been useful for our run. Either way best of luck to him.

  15. What gamble? This was a never was-never will be saga. It was the right move but its not shocking that a 30YO Goalie who is in decline and needs surgery who's making $10M was not selected by a team who's GM knows the importance of Cap Space. I bet every single NHL GM would have made the same "gamble".

  16. I think Carey and Marc were prepared for anything. The canadiens would have had 10.5 million more cap space for a forward. Allen was as good as price and probably would have been in the playoffs as well. Probably would have worked better if they would have taken Carey.

  17. I wish someone HAD taken Price; another 5 years with this overated/ overpaid dope is more than I can stand, not only is Price known for his 15-20 game yearly slumps and his extremely mediocre glove hand, but, also, thx to this year's playoff run, we now know the guy can't stop point shots, either!

  18. Who doesn't love Marc Bergevin's antics?
    (whisper whisper whisper)
What? This time, he drafted a sexual deviant… on national TV? Aw hell no! I'm out.
