Kuemper is the absolute last issue with this team, this post makes absolutely no sense. Kuemper’s performance is absolutely worth the price tag. It’s not his problem that the Caps handicapped themselves by paying Backstrom, Kuznetsov, Oshie and Mantha $28.45M of the $83.5M cap.
This team was a contender and top team in the league for an entire decade. It doesn’t last forever.

Our defense has sucked for a lot longer than people want to admit. Many goalies have left the Caps to have better careers elsewhere.
