Are the sens a playoff team this year?
We are so back! without having a lazy Debrincat we are playoff bound. But we got to stay healthy the injury to Zuuuub doesn't help.
just watch 1 senators game and youll see lmao these kids are wicked. might not be this year but in the next couple years theyll be firing off like crazy man, id say guaranteed playoffs next year, high chance this year
its a pipe dream, everyone thinks they're going to win, and rarely do.
I just hope they can finally win it all before my grandfather shuffles off this earth. I dont even care about sports anymore, but that poor bastard is addicted and he's had like, one "win" in being a fan of sports since I was born 30 some years ago, when the raptors won the NBA.
I've never seen him actually happy about any of the NHL champions of the last 30 years,
The energy in the arena this year just feels different. The crowd at home games possesses this team and they feed off it. I've seen a lot of hockey live and it's never been like this inside the CTC.
As a habs fan I think the senators will be the next Canadian team to win the Stanley cup in about 4-5 years time
Great breakdown of the team and analysis. I want to believe, but you make some good points about the few previous years (especially last year). Looking at all their pieces, however, they are looking like playoff contenders this year. It looks like all their pieces are in place, and adding the likes of Tarasenko as you mentioned, who's been red-hot, it's a huge bonus. If the goaltending can hold the fort to a reasonable extent, then I think the players will hop off the train at destination Playoffs. Here's hoping (and believing)
50 in 07 frickin all star 1:11
Danny Heatly 50 in 07
Go Wings!
genuinely forgot Chychrun went to Ottawa
As a caps fan who is really happy for the sens i have mixed feelingsš
I've been a Habs fan all my life and I'm pretty sure that Ottawa is going to kick my team's ass, all year long…š¢ Ottawa looks that good and confident
You understand the sens, unlike SNā¦ WELL DONE
"I'm just hoping they don't let us down again"
me too Johnny, me too.
Sens first on the Atlantic I'm all for it
Sens are the real deal now.. new ownership and an actual front office will make a huge difference.. the D, which has been their biggest weakness, is their biggest strength right now
Man I wish the sharks still had Norris and got Stutzle from the pick we gave them
They need to win some games in November
We are a Team
Sanderson Norris season!!! Everyone talks about Ovechkin two games in a row without a shot, but dont talk about the fact that sanderson manhandled him all night…
Great question but last year's struggles came from terrible injuries without depth to replace it. If we have average amounts of injuries (like 2-3 top 9 F/top 4 D) out at a time, our depth is now at a point where we can survive and maybe even thrive. I have high hopes for the boys this year
Would be nice to cheer for something in Ottawa again.
