Vladar doesn’t seem to get the best goaltending stats but he’s usually good at holding onto a win. That’s really all you can ask for from a backup.

Good game, Im happy with most guys tonight. Very pleased with Ruzicka’s game so far this season. He and Dube are playing well despite dragging Kadri’s disinterested ass around all game.
So when you score 4, up to 12 pts can be awarded.
We ended up with 12 different guys getting 1 pt tonight.
I think that’s a good sign right?
Huby scores, flames win by one in regulation time. I can’t help but think of how many more wins the flames would have had last year if he would have scored anywhere near his regular pace to avoid all those OT losses. Good to see. For now anyway.
Boys can continue to salvage the trip with a win against the Johnnies tomorrow. I was gonna go, but meh. I’ll just watch from my hot tub.

Doesn’t anyone else not really enjoy the team even though they won? I feel like the only guys that get me excited are like Coronato and the 4th line.

Still pretty rough around the edges but have the feeling this team will be good in another 10 games if things start to click and they settle into the system.
If we can sit above .50 till then I think we’re in a good position.
