Pretty solid effort from start to finish. Talbot looked good again and the Dubois trade is looking better and better with each passing game. Boston will be a tough test at home on Saturday, but keep it going, these last 2 games have been very encouraging.

Talbot has had a fantastic bounce back from that opening night stinker. Surely there isn’t any PLD doubters remaining right? Right?
They looked good overall. I think what separate them today from all the games I watched the past 5yrs is that they emphasized on defense all game and dedicate to insane amount of backchecking and stick lifts all night.

Nice to see them start strong. Nice resiliency to stay on track after the 2nd goal that looked probably offside.
Great to see them run 4 lines with no drop off, Grundy was real good in this one, Dubois and Fiala continue to be very dangerous, and Cam made some big saves when the game was in doubt. Kempe is on the board and only a matter of time for Laffy…
Mikey had a great game, too. Dude showed out in his homeland.

Good 60 min effort tonight. This team is pretty solid considering Arvi is out. Goaltending is still questionable but Talbot has looked better since the season opener.
Trevor Moore slowly becoming one of my favorite Kings. Dude is out there with so much confidence and swagger and he’s got some great hands on him.
Good shit all around. Team is looking pretty good early on. PLD is strong and a lot of fun to watch. Two road wins are always good.

That first PLD goal was luck and I wouldn’t have cared if it got called back. I was stoked to see him not only out skate the Dman but out muscle him as well on the same play!
I feel like the theme for the season is we’re gonna score (at least one more) goal than you. May work in the interim, but you have to feel that in order to be a contender we’re gonna have to shore up the netminder position.
It’s going to take me a bit to adjust from being a defense first team for decades to whatever the hell this is. But its fun.
