In the TSN pre-game, Bert was walking in the background when they were interviewing Keefe in the hallway outside the dressing room. He had what looked like a super wide, tan-coloured support around his waist. I remember wondering whether it was extra back padding that he wore under his gear, or maybe a heating pad to loosen up before the game, or some sort of support brace. So based on this injury report, he’s definitely got an issue with his back.
Ffs why is he playing injured? This isn’t the playoffs. Put your pride aside and give your body the rest it needs before you make it any worse.
Edit: Also, shame on Keefe for allowing it. Great idea to prolong injuries in the first few games of the season!
3 feet behind the puck every shift and wouldn’t hit anybody. Let him rest that’s a waste of everybody’s time repeating last nights effort from him.
Game fucking four and we’re letting guys play through clear injuries. Galaxy brain stuff, Sheldon.
So please, put him DTD! I could use some extra games this week in fantasy.
But why? If you’re not good to go, don’t play. Who the fuck are making these decisions
Bro why are they doing this in game 3. Take a game or 2 off, these kinds of things should be saved for the game 70+ mark, if we’re in the middle of a playoff chase, not near the beginning when it’s pretty easy to right the ship from a bad start
Was it a hand injury because I’ve never seen anybody skate around with one hand on their stick so much
Well here we go. Guys never played a full season before in his pro career. We got 3 healthy games.
Time for Domi and Knies to step up. Truly hope he don’t see Jarnkrok playing up again but I’m sure we will. Yay.
What a warrior #AllOrNothing
A simple pass would roll off his stick. It wasn’t pretty. If he’s not healthy, sit him
