  1. This is the Jr. hockey experience I wish I had. My experience was gong show hockey where we just partied and played hockey. I think I was the only one on my team that worked out and trained my ass off. Great video 🤙🏼

  5. Back in the 80's, our only off-ice training consisted of weekend road hockey, not being too hungover on game day and getting your skates resharpened.

  6. How did you do your suspenders around your neck like that? Also what size are your pads? Keep up the great content!!

  7. I don't play hockey myself, but I really enjoyed this anyway. Would be cool if someone showed me how to play. Anyway, some much needed positivity, cheers!
