This is the Jr. hockey experience I wish I had. My experience was gong show hockey where we just partied and played hockey. I think I was the only one on my team that worked out and trained my ass off. Great video 🤙🏼

Back in the 80's, our only off-ice training consisted of weekend road hockey, not being too hungover on game day and getting your skates resharpened.
