   That feels very vague which worries me a touch. We aren’t entitled to know what happened though and hopefully he’s back in the booth and back to his normal self in due time.

   Holy crap. He sounded terrible in the booth during the first period yesterday but I just figured he had a cold.

   Definitely didn’t have the announcer being on the IR roster. Hopefully he has a speedy recovery.

   I don’t want to assume, but they almost make it sound like it was something sudden. “Resting comfortably” is a positive sign though.
