Makes you wonder if the uninspired play from Thomas and Kyrou in particular is nothing more than pouting about Schenn (rightfully) being named captain instead of Thomas. I'll stop watching If they get Chief fired. Plenty of other things to do than watch millionaire hockey players giving no effort.
4 days off may have hurt us – hanging around the family and rink yet this early in season was no excuse. This team could surprise us if they have effort and consistency. You can bet that Chief was p-offed!
What does this team work on in practice? Terrible passing, terrible shot accuracy, no set plays, terrible zone entry, power play chaos and lazy penalty kill.

Vrana is money, he deserves top line minutes. Kyrou deserves to be demoted to the second or third line.
