I have used the following formula to attempt to weight the value of a good pick (where a player’s re-draft position was higher than their actual drafted position):
*=IF(GX<FX,(FX-GX+(weighted value)),””)*
Players ranked outside top 40 of re-draft have not been taken into account, as in my opinion jumping from pick 163 to pick 61 isn’t anywhere near as impressive as jumping from pick 37 to pick 7 in a re-draft.

Jacob Truscott was the highest Canucks player ranked in the re-draft at #72.
Also interesting to note that Nils Aman is ranked at #41 in re-draft and the pick that the Canucks gave up in the Miller trade (S Mukhamadullin) is ranked #16 in the re-draft.

Hockey gods really threw us a bone here by not only making this a pretty weak draft but also tanking our pick yet still keeping us starved for in person playoffs.

Sens made out like bandits in that draft.

Crazy that Ottawa got the two best players in the draft without a top two pick and also still got Ridley Greig who’s their third line centre this year. Absolutely incredible draft for them
