That is so cool that Keith Tkachuk and Pavol Demitra are going to be inducted at the same time. One of the few good things that Mike Keenan did in St. Louis was getting Demitra from Ottawa for Christer Olsson. That deal worked out great for the Blues. I knew how much Tkachuk thought about Demitra when he wore a Demitra jersey at the Alumni Game at the 2017 Winter Classic for a period. Very well deserved for both of them. I loved Maja Demitra's look of genuine surprise by the news.
Walt is and was my all time fave. Awesome Walt and Chantal got to tell Mrs. Demitra. Not gonna lie, i teared up. We all loved Pavs and miss him. Congrats to everyone!
I have a signed pic of Pav on my wall and always wore his number. A huge Blues fan living in the little Welsh village of Llanystumdwy. He is always my favourite. Still so missed. 😢
This is coming from an Avalanche fan. But I’m also a hockey fan. I’m very happy you guys did this for Pavol! Makes me feel good for his wife and kids and all of his fans. Way to go Blues. Much love from Avalanche country.
i remember the hick backward base blues fans calling him pavlina because he didnt grind in the corner or backcheck .. blues fans are a low iq lot of knuckle draggers for the most part .. the blues fans want 19 toropchenkos on the ice

Until ROR came along, Pavol was my favorite Blue of my lifetime, 35 years. I imagine he'll stay in my top 3 for awhile.
